  • 400 g of wheat flour
  • 250 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 900 g of pumpkin
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 ml of creamy cream

  • Take a large bowl. Sift into it flour and salt.
  • Add the softened oil and rub the mass between the palms. Then add a lightly beaten egg. Mix the dough.
  • Roll the dough into a bowl. Wrap it with a film. Send it to the fridge for half an hour.
  • Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  • Turn it off until it is ready, fill it with water. The liquid must completely dissolve.
  • Grind the pulp with a blender until smooth.
