  • Milk day 6 times a day every 2 hours drink 100 ml of milk. At night, drink 200 g of fruit juice with sugar.
  • A day on buckwheat and kefir Buy a liter of one-percent kefir. In the evening, soak 200-250 g of buckwheat in boiling water. Attention: without salt, fat and spices! Wrap in a towel a container of buckwheat and let it stand so until morning. You can eat 250 grams of buckwheat (weight before cooking) in 3-5 receptions, washed down with 1 percent kefir. Only kefir is allowed to drink a liter.
  • Carrot-Beetroot-Egg Day You can eat 300 g of carrots, 300 g of beets and 2 eggs. Carrots of sodium on a small grater and fill 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Beets of cv, sodium and also fill 1 tbsp. l. oil. Eggs just boil. Divide the meal into 5 receptions and eat with pleasure!
