Stuffed drying

If you suddenly want to treat your family with something like that, but you do not have much time at all, pay attention to the quick and easy-to-fulfill recipe for stuffed dryers . All the time the preparation will not take even half an hour, and while they are in the oven, the fragrance of the house will spread so that even the neighbors will squeak!

  • 250 g of dryers without flavors
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 3 tbsp. l. thick mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • parsley or dill greens to taste
  • salt pepper


  • Lightly heat the milk, soak the drying in it. Drying should become soft, but not deoxidize.
  • Finely cut the onion, greens. Minced salting, pepper, add to it sliced ИН ИНgreens and onions, well spread out your hands. Sift the cheese on a large grater.
  • Dry them on a greased baking sheet, fill with minced meat. For each filled drying, literally a drop of mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes. at 260 C.
