I really like this way of cooking pizza ! It turns out that a traditional Italian dish can be turned into original snacks, and this will not take much effort and time. Unusual pizza

Ingredients

• dough for pizza (1 crust)
• 3/4 cup tomato sauce
• 1/2 tbsp. l. flour
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 2 tbsp. l. melted butter
• 1 egg
• bacon, ham or sausage

Preparation

First, roll out the dough for pizza, spread it with sauce. Top with cheese.

Now you can lay out the rest of the ingredients of the filling: bacon, sausage, tomatoes and olives, mushrooms – everything that you appreciate and respect in ordinary pizza. Roll the pizza in the form of a roll, oiling the dough with a mixture of melted butter and a raw egg.

Cut the roll from pizza into portions, smear with egg-cream mixture, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven as a regular pizza.

It turns out to be a fantastic appetizing, tasty and unusual dish!
