Preparation

Mix the chicken, watermelon, dor blu and almonds. Scrunch the cooked balsamic vinegar.

5. Purple salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 red cabbage (about 1 kg)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped dried black figs
  • 500 g carrots
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and mint

For sauce

  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. l. lemon juice + peel
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1.5 tsp. sea ИН ИНsalt (to taste)

Preparation
