Ingredients

  • 700 g of pork ribs
  • 0.5 kg fleshy plums
  • 100 ml of red dry wine
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 kg of potatoes

Preparation

  • Marinate the ribs in wine, add the garlic, pepper and half the sink, cutting them into quarters. Leave it in the fridge for the night.
  • Further everything is extremely simple: peel potatoes, cut onions into half rings. Lay out the ribs with pickled plums on the center of the pan, sprinkle onions, and spread the potatoes on each side.
  • Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in the oven, heated to 220 degrees, per hour. After taking off the foil, add the remaining plums, pre-cut them, and bake the dish for another 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
