Marinated cabbage

Cabbage refers to those vegetables that are somehow present on our table. Marinated cabbage


  • 2 kg of cabbage
  • 400 g carrots
  • 4 cloves of garlic


  • 150 ml of vegetable oil
  • 75 ml of 9% vinegar
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l. salt
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 5-6 peas of black pepper
  • 0.5 liters of water


  • Chop cabbage, sodium carrots on a grater and cut small plates of garlic. Tightly tamp in the jar (you get about 3-liter pot).
  • Pour into the pan all ingredients for marinade and boil for about 5 minutes, then cool and gently pour into the jar with cabbage.
  • If you make cabbage in the evening, then in the morning it will be ready! Bon Appetit!
