  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. 2 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • 4 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter


  • We prepare biscuits. In the 2 tbsp. sour cream stir eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, slaked soda and 2 tbsp. flour. Then pour out the resulting batter into two molds, pre-laying each with baking paper. In one of them add 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 C for about 20-25 minutes. If desired, add dough or berries or walnuts to the dough.
  • Cooking the cream. Good whisk 3 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. sugar and lemon juice.
  • We cook the chocolate icing. 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 2 tbsp. l. cocoa, butter and 2 tbsp. l. sugar melt on low heat, stirring constantly. Do not bring to a boil.

    • 230 g of dark chocolate
    • 180 g of butter
    • 6 eggs
    • 130 g of wheat flour
    • 225 g of powdered sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • Melt 130 g of natural chocolate with a high content of cocoa and 130 g of butter on a water bath. Mix and let it cool down a little. Then gradually mix in a mass of 100 g of powdered sugar and egg yolks.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until a thick foam is obtained. Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar, do not stop whipping.
  • Transfer the chocolate mass into a large container and add 1 tbsp. l. protein foam. Transfer the rest of the protein foam, alternating with the addition of flour.
  • Lubricate the butter with a baking dish and sprinkle it with flour. Transfer the dough and bake for 10 minutes with the oven door open.
  • Then reduce oven temperature to 150 C and bake for about 50 minutes until cooked. Take the cake from the oven, cover it with a clean towel and leave it for a day.
  • Get the cake from the baking dish. Put in a small pot apricot jam and warm it. The distribution of jam on the cake.
  • Melt the remaining chocolate and butter for glaze in a water bath, add water and sugar powder. Mix it well. Leave for 5-7 minutes before covering the cake with frosting.

    • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
    • 200 g sugar
    • 200 g of flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder

    • 1 can of boiled condensed milk
    • 4 tsp. cocoa powder
    • impregnation (to taste)
    • nuts (to taste)


  • Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder. Whisk the eggs with sugar until the foam forms, add sour cream. Whisk again.
  • Sift the flour mixture into the dough. Mix it well. Smear the bottom of the mold (diameter 20 centimeters) with butter or parchment. Pour the dough. Bake at 170 C for about 40-45 minutes.
  • For cream whisk softly softened butter with cocoa and condensed milk.
  • Nuts roast a little in a frying pan and chop.
