Warm salad from potatoes and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 750 g of small, preferably young potatoes

Preparation

  • Put the potatoes in boiling salted water and boil until tender, 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, drain the water and lightly dry.
  • Cut each potato into two or three pieces.
  • Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Garlic is clean and finely chopped.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add potatoes, anchovies, olives and fries, stirring frequently, 5 min. When the potatoes are browned, add garlic and tomatoes to the pan, pour in the balsamic vinegar, pepper and, if necessary, saline.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and remove the pan from the fire.
  • Caprese with chicken and avocado

    Ingredients

    • 1 chicken breast
    • 1 pack of mozzarella
    • 1 avocado
    • 200 grams of lettuce leaves
    • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup basil

    Ingredients for refueling

    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 1 tsp. dry basil
    • 1 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
    • 1/4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    • 1/3 tbsp. olive oil
    • salt, pepper to taste

    Preparation

  • In a small container, mix the crushed garlic, dry basil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Then slowly pour in olive oil, without stopping to whip.
  • Chop the chicken breast and fry for 5-6 minutes.
  • After this, cut half-and-half cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado.

    Ingredients

    • 400 g of egg noodles
    • 150 g champignons
    • 1 onion
    • 50 g of butter

    • 1 tbsp. sour cream
    • salt, pepper to taste

    Preparation

  • Boil the noodles and flip it. In a large frying pan fry the sliced ИН ИНmushrooms and onion in 2 tbsp. l. butter on medium heat.
  • Cook them for about 5 minutes, until softening, and then put it in a bowl.
  • In the same frying pan, melt the remaining butter and fry the mince until it is browned. Add the flour, stir.
  • Then you need to pour the beef broth and cook until everything is a bit thick.
  • Add mushrooms with onion, then stirring, sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Continue cooking until everything warms up, but do not bring to a boil. Put noodles on a plate, and on top a meat sauce with mushrooms.
  • Salmon baked in the oven

    Ingredients

    • 1 kg salmon fillet (salmon)
    • 2 onions
    • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
    • parsley
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • salt, pepper to taste

    Preparation

  • Rinse the fish fillet and salt it with salt, pepper and grease it with olive oil.

  • Draw a glass of water and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook under the lid for 10-15 minutes, until cooked and until the water is completely absorbed.
  • Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry in olive oil on a moderate fire for 5 minutes, until a crispy crust.
  • Add the beans and chopped mushrooms to the frying pan. Roast, add finely chopped garlic.
  • Mix with the rice. Season the dish with salt and pepper and fry for a few more minutes.
