Chocolate pudding

Chocolate pudding is one of the best desserts that many adults and children adore. It has such a gentle, soft and pleasant taste that it is difficult to convey in words. Chocolate pudding


  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • 2 tbsp. l. starch
  • 1/2 tbsp. cream
  • 3 tbsp. l. cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. sugar (can be less)
  • 1 egg yolk


  • Add the cream and whisk to the milk. Interfere with the egg yolk. Then, gradually stirring, pour in sugar, starch, sifted flour and cocoa.
  • Put the mixture on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring all the time. When the pudding begins to thicken, turn off the hotplate.
  • Ready pudding is spread over glasses or kremankam. Let cool down, and then put in the refrigerator for at least 2.5 hours.
